I know as a proud owner of a dog and 2 cats, that our pets are very much like us. They need special love and care, when the people they love and trust are away.

No matter if it is for one day or several, our pets miss the day to day human companionship and security of having a human around. If your dog is used to a daily walk, a certain routine, some TLC, or whatever, then he or she should not have to go without these things just because the parent or parents are away. After all, some of our faithful four legged animals have saved lives, protected us, and have been our eyes and ears, so, while we are away, they are still proudly guarding our homes. Some animals are just happier in their own environment. Many cats are also used to some serious petting during their day.

Having worked in one of the best kennels in Maryland, I have found through experience that not all dogs or cats can be boarded. That's where I come in.. I do more of a pet companionship kind of thing. I do lots of playing, walking if desired, feed them when necessary and give them lots of one on one love. In other words, I keep your pet company when you can't.. for whatever reason...
